Bishop Conner Visits St. Mary's in the Desert
August 2011 -
Bishop Conner is shown here with the congregation of St. Mary's in the Desert in Las Vegas.
This congregation is led by the dynamic and dedicated clergyman, Rev. Nicholas Neubauer, and assisted by Postulant Arnold Garcia.
This group picture shows some of the worshipers after the Sunday morning service in Las Vegas.
This congregation is youthful and energetic, yet devoted to propagating our traditional Christian faith as a
“remnant of the faithful”. As is the norm in the Anglican Episcopal Jurisdiction, most of our clergymen serve as St. Paul without monetary compensation.
They must be engaged in secular work to support themselves and their families.
This is a real challenge for many young men in the ministry but this congregation is evidence of the spiritual commitment of Rev. Neubauer, Postulant Garcia ,and their families.
Bishop Conner was most pleased and thankful to God for this wonderful group of Christians.

Hopefully, the reconstruction of their home will be completed soon. –Our prayers are with this fine AEC
